Picco Fest 2005 Entertainment
Picco Fest 2005 is a success, It was a day filled with fun, music and awareness.  The days festivities are in honor of John Picco who is in need of a kidney and pancreas transplant operation.  The day started out with news that John was on his way to the hospital, but we were all assured that he would be there later in the day, and he did indeed make it to the party.  Visit the Picco Fest website for more information about what the festival is about, you can also donate to John's fund there.

Patches who owns Outlaw Karaoke was the MC and did the Door Prize Raffle give away, he also introduced the bands.  Loren Koch who owns and runs Fire Line Studio provided the sound for Picco Fest 2005, Loran was also responsible for contacting and getting the entertainment lined up for the event.  Loren was plagued with technical problems all day, but in spite of that he maintained a "the show must go on" attitude through it all and made it all happen.  Hats off to Loren for a difficult job and pulling it off, he truly had the job of three people and still made it all come together.  Hats off to Luke who was also a part of the sound crew as well for a job well done on mixing the Knock Out John set, Loren couldn't mix KOJ because he is the drummer in the band and he can kick some butt on drums too...Nice job Loren!

A very special thanks goes out to Donnie "Hawkeye" Poage who owns hawkeyebargains.net and came all the way from Sacramento California to attend, thank you for the visit Hawkeye and we hope that your Amtrak ride back down is a good one!  Hawkeye bargains and Promotions By Storm are old friends and it was great to see our friend Hawkeye again even if for just a short while.

We also want to acknowledge all the volunteers who helped out with each and every aspect of the festival for the time you gave the Picco Festival with a, THANKS!!!  It truly could not have been done without you, thank you for contributing to the success.
